SushiBox Chicago

Fresh rolls, fresh strategy, real regulars

SushiBox Chicago is a sushi spot serving the West Loop and Lakeview neighborhoods with fresh rolls for takeout and delivery. I partnered with them to grow their social presence and turn casual followers into regular guests.

Scope:

  • Social media management

  • Content creation

  • Short-form video and photography

  • Graphic design

  • Influencer management

  • Paid social advertising

SushiBox Chicago

Goal: Grow local awareness and turn scrollers into regulars

Strategy: Collaborate with Chicago micro-influencers, keep a consistent posting cadence, and bring energetic, scroll-stopping content

Execution: One content shoot per month, 3-4 posts per week, and 1-2 micro-influencer collaborations monthly.

After 6 months..

  • Grew Instagram reach by 598% and follower count by 407% (912 new followers) over the past year through consistent content and photography.

  • Drove 6.9K content interactions (+644%) and 278K total views across Instagram and Facebook.

  • Increased link clicks by over 3,000% (to 1.8K), directing significantly more traffic to the website.

  • Boosted Instagram profile visits by 281% (8.9K total) and grew Facebook views by 100% to 34.1K, expanding reach across both platforms.

  • Drove 38K post views and 2.3K profile views on TikTok over the past year, with 82.8% of traffic coming from the For You page β€” proof the content reached new audiences, not just SushiBox's existing followers.

  • Generated 2.9K likes, 102 comments, and 110 shares on TikTok, turning short-form content into direct engagement and word-of-mouth reach.
